Jason Ceka is the first new winter signing for second-division soccer club Dynamo Dresden. The 26-year-old moves to the Elbe on loan from league rivals SV 07 Elversberg until the end of the season. After the midfielder, other players are expected to strengthen the bottom club and help them stay in the league.
"Jason is very versatile in attack and has already proven that he can be an important factor for his team in the Bundesliga 2. With him, we will be even more flexible up front and can further increase our goal threat in the upcoming second half of the season," said Dynamo managing director Stephan Zimmermann.
The 1.69-meter attacking player moved to SV Elversberg this summer. Ceka previously played for a total of four years at 1. FC Magdeburg. He brings with him the experience of 61 second division matches. He scored seven goals and provided 17 assists.
