Poll: AfD loses, but remains strongest force in Saxony

The AfD has slightly lost its lead over the CDU in Saxony in a new poll. If state elections were held on Sunday, the AfD would receive 35 percent of the vote, three percentage points less than in December 2015, according to a survey conducted by the polling institute Civey on behalf of the "Leipziger Volkszeitung" newspaper. The CDU, on the other hand, has gained two percentage points (29 percent). There is hardly any movement in the following places.
