To wrap up “Harley Days,” another large biker parade rolled through Dresden. According to the organizers, hundreds of motorcycles set off at noon from the Ostragehege in the center of the state capital. During the nearly 30-kilometer loop through the city, the bikers also crossed the famous Elbe bridge “Blaues Wunder” and rode along the banks of the Elbe past the Old Town panorama. The tour lasted a good hour. There were no incidents, according to a police spokesperson.
The parade marked the end of Dresden’s “Harley Days” in the afternoon. According to the organizers, thousands of fans of the iconic American brand Harley-Davidson had gathered in the Rinne at the Ostragehege since Friday. The program for the eighth edition of the motorcycle gathering featured bike shows, test rides, a dealer mile, and concerts. Riders of other motorcycle brands were also invited.
