Police are looking for the owner of an escaped chicken

Police in Vogtland are searching for the owner of an escaped chicken. The animal ran across a centrally located street on Friday afternoon, the police said. A citizen reported it to the police station. Officers found the chicken in the entrance area of a locksmith's shop and captured it.

"From the looks of it, it could be an Amrock chicken," said the police. They are now looking for the owner. Until he is found, the chicken has been kept in an animal farm.
