Two prefabricated buildings have gone under the hammer at auction. A complex in Schönebeck (Salzlandkreis) with 71 apartments from 1988 was sold for 674,000 euros, according to Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG. Another residential complex with 25 apartments and five commercial units from 1992 in Goldbeck (Stendal district) went under the hammer for 225,000 euros.
A total of 78 properties worth around 6.3 million euros were auctioned off at the winter auctions in Dresden and Leipzig, it said. At the auctions held by Sächsische Grundstücksauktionen AG, properties are auctioned off that are voluntarily released for sale by their owners. The next auctions will take place from March 4 to 6, 2026 in Dresden and Leipzig. Properties can still be consigned until January 16.
