Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia are presenting their locational advantages at Expo Real in Munich. What the region offers investors and which projects are particularly in focus.

Municipalities and companies from Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia want to attract investors with a joint stand at the Expo Real real estate trade fair in Munich. From October 6 to 8, 27 exhibitors will be presenting themselves there, as announced by the Central German Metropolitan Region.

This phase in particular demonstrates the strength of eastern Germany, said Managing Director Jörn-Heinrich Tobaben. "Our region offers stable or moderately growing prices in many areas, good framework conditions for major investments and a cooperative network of business, science and local authorities." The aim is to make these advantages visible and to establish contacts.

The City of Leipzig intends to promote the Airport Industrial Park at the Leipzig/Halle hub at the trade fair, among other things. "Leipzig's growth must continue to be shaped in order to find the right balance between affordable housing, open space and jobs," said Building Mayor Thomas Dienberg. Despite the tight budget situation, Leipzig is sticking to its course of creating space for major investments.
