Disruptions to rail services between Leipzig and Döbeln

Train travelers must be prepared for restrictions on the route between Leipzig and Döbeln. Due to a vehicle malfunction, individual trains of the regional train (RB) 110 may be canceled. A replacement bus service has been set up. A spokesperson for Mitteldeutsche Regiobahn said that it was hoped that the problem would be resolved in the afternoon or evening. A train on the line had broken down on the line on Monday with gearbox damage.
