At the Grassimesse, newcomers and stars show what's hot at the moment - from ceramics to fashion. According to official figures, more guests visited the Grassimesse this year than ever before.

The three-day Grassi Fair in Leipzig has ended with a record number of visitors, according to the museum responsible. 8,680 guests visited the fair at the Grassi Museum, where around 140 artists and designers from Europe, Asia and Africa showed their work. This was around 20 percent more guests than in previous years.

The Grassi Fair invited visitors to look, find out and buy from October 24 to 26. Renowned designers and creators with outstanding pieces stood alongside young artisans and university graduates, who reportedly came up with some surprises. The fair takes place annually and, according to the organizers, is considered one of the leading international sales fairs for applied arts and design in Europe.

A date for next year has already been set, according to the latest information: the fair will return for another round from 23 to 25 October 2026.
