The Schauspiel Leipzig achieved an increase in visitors last year. Almost 132,000 guests were counted - almost 13,000 more than in 2023, the municipal theater announced. On average, the performances were 81.5 percent full - a record.
The open-air theater "Nosferatu", the production "Woyzeck" and the performance "Soft War" by book prize winner Martina Hefter were particularly popular with audiences.
