Olli Easter Bunny and Lotti Long-Ear are once again answering letters from all over the world. Families can even meet them in person at the festival in their Easter bunny workshop.

The season for mail to the Easter Bunny has begun: The Easter bunny post office in Seifhennersdorf has opened. Around 30 letters have already arrived, according to the Querxenland youth recreation center. Until April 15, "Olli Osterhase" and his wife "Lotti Langohr" will once again be answering Easter mail from all over the world.

They will be supported by "hard-working bunny helpers". Their main task is to research addresses for the replies, as these are missing or incomplete on many of the letters sent in.

Mail from all over the world

Each year, between 1,000 and 2,000 letters are sent to the Easter Bunny Post Office, which was set up in 2005. Mail is not only received from Germany - a letter from the Philippines probably had the longest journey, according to the press release.

In response, there is a customized letter with a small craft and a special stamp, which was developed especially for the Easter post office and cannot be bought.
