The world-renowned convenience chain 7-Eleven is continuing its international expansion plans and is looking for master franchise candidates to set up stores in Western Europe, including Germany. With over 83,000 stores in 19 countries and regions, 7-Eleven is considered a leading convenience provider and could soon gain a foothold in Saxony.
For 96 years, the cult brand 7-Eleven has stood for high-quality food production, reliable supply chains, first-class assortment management and digital shopping services. Expansion into Europe, particularly Germany, France, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Turkey and the United Kingdom, is now set to give European consumers access to these convenient services. Other potential markets include Austria and Switzerland.
To conquer the German market, 7-Eleven is looking for financially strong franchise partners with existing retail, restaurant and/or hotel operations concepts and a passion for convenience food. The potential in Germany is enormous: sales in the convenience segment are estimated at around 10.53 billion euros in 2023, while a market volume of 11.90 billion euros is forecast for 2027, corresponding to annual sales growth of 3.10 percent.
