Police in Oppach (Görlitz district) have pulled a drunk Santa Claus out of circulation. The 46-year-old was riding his moped on Christmas Eve and caught the officers' attention due to a distinct smell of alcohol, according to the Görlitz police department. A test showed a level of 1.56 per mille. The man was unable to provide proof of insurance for the moped.
