Dynamo Dresden cannot win at home. In the 1:2 (1:1) draw against 1. FC Nürnberg, the Saxons remained without a win in their sixth home game. Rafael Lubach put the visitors ahead after just 14 seconds with the first attack of the game. It was the fastest goal of the second division season so far. Dominik Kother scored the surprising equalizer (45.+1). Tim Janisch gave the visitors the lead again in the 51st minute, which was enough to secure victory.
"We're not doing everything wrong, but we're not doing much right either," analyzed defender Lukas Boeder after the game, referring primarily to the two goals conceded. All games are somehow similar, said Boeder. "We have to defend more courageously," emphasized Dynamo coach Thomas Stamm, who once again missed the lack of confidence in his team's play.
Stamm started surprisingly offensively, bringing on Kother and Vincent Vermeij from the start alongside Christoph Daferner and Nils Fröling. Midfielder Kofi Amoako also returned to the starting eleven for Vinko Sapina.
