RB Leipzig continued their winless streak at the end of the women's Bundesliga. On the final matchday, coach Jonas Stephan's team drew 0-0 at TSG Hoffenheim, their fifth game in a row without a win. With just seven wins from 26 games, Leipzig finished in tenth place.
The demands in Leipzig are higher, however. Viola Odebrecht was nevertheless given a vote of confidence as head of women's soccer at the start of the week. The 43-year-old's contract was extended early by a further three years until 2030.
