Maximilian Illmann from Oberbärenburg wins gold in the two-man and four-man bobsleigh at the Junior World Championships in St. Moritz.

Maximilian Illmann from Oberbärenburg won the title in both the two-man and four-man bobsleigh at the Junior World Championships in St. Moritz. The 25-year-old secured gold in the small sled together with Erik Leypold ahead of Hans-Peter Hannighofer/Tim Becker from BRC Thüringen. Illmann competed in the four-man event with Henrik Proske, Felix Dahms and Paul Waschburger and once again came out on top ahead of Hannighofer, who had led after the first heat. Illmann had already won the JWM title in the four-man in 2022 and finished third with both sleds last season.
