Bundesliga club RB Leipzig suffered a defeat at the end of their trip to South Africa. The Saxons lost 3:1 (1:0) against Mamelodi Sundowns in Pretoria.
Samba Konaté put Leipzig ahead in the 22nd minute. After the changeover, however, the African Champions League winners turned the game around through Brayan Leon (76') and an own goal from Lukas Klostermann (89'). Leipzig, who are now heading into the summer break, even conceded a third goal in stoppage time.
