Dynamo Dresden can secure an early return to Bundesliga 2 with a win in the top match at Arminia Bielefeld. Ahead of the last three games, third division leaders Dynamo are seven points clear of the relegation places - but only one point ahead of Bielefeld.
The Arminians, who have recently celebrated five league victories in a row and reached the DFB Cup final, are the team of the moment. "We have to find a good balance, think offensively and maybe play to nil again. We don't have to hide in Bielefeld," said Dynamo coach Thomas Stamm ahead of the top match this Saturday (4.30pm/MagentaSport) on the Alm.
According to Stamm, Dynamo would do well to "take a very positive view of the starting position we've created for ourselves. Not so much as if we have something to lose. We know Bielefeld's strengths, including their home strength. You won't be able to defend everything away against a team like that," said the head coach, adding: "Nevertheless, we will go there with confidence because I believe we can win a lot." Arminia are "extremely efficient, have a lot of control and dominate well", Stamm emphasized. Nevertheless, he expects a "game at eye level".
