Leipzig is one of the most dynamic regions in Germany and stands for modern, social and open cooperation," emphasized Homann. That is why the Saxon SPD will do everything in its power to continue on this path. It remains the case that the Leipzig SPD city council will decide on Thursday evening. An official nomination will then follow in the fall.
