The Saxon state parliament plans to discuss the current mood in the state on Thursday (10.00). The topic was put on the agenda for the current hour at the request of the SPD parliamentary group. At the instigation of the CDU, the debate will then focus on popular and elite sport in Saxony. The AfD also requested a debate on the demands of farmers and their protest against the reduction of subsidies. State Chancellery Head Oliver Schenk (CDU) will be available to answer questions from MPs during the questioning of the state government. The focus will be on structural change in the Free State and the transformation of the economy. Other topics in parliament include plant protection in agriculture and several legislative proposals.
