For the 15th time, the Dresden Castle Night invites music fans to the banks of the Elbe. The parks of Albrechtsberg Castle, Eckberg Castle, Lingnerschloss and the Saloppe summer inn will once again be transformed into an open-air cultural landscape on July 19. According to the organizers, the majority of tickets have already been sold. A maximum of 6,000 visitors will be able to visit the festival grounds at the same time for reasons of monument protection.
In eleven hours, guests will be offered more than 80 concerts. A total of around 300 artists will perform on 18 stages with rock, swing, indie pop, samba and house music. Around 60 culinary islands will cater for your physical well-being. This year's program highlights also include fireworks accompanied by music and an "Urban Culture Area" with breakdancing and graffiti art.
