Baroque concerts in the Herrenhausen Gardens in Hanover have attracted more than 8,000 visitors. The Herrenhausen Baroque concert series with 19 concerts between November 16 and February 25 was almost 80 percent full, said Benedikt Poensgen, Head of Events at Herrenhausen Gardens, on Friday. Choral music was a focal point of the concert program. The fifth season of the concert series will reportedly begin in November. Anke Seegert, Director of the Herrenhausen Gardens, announced that the coming season would lead into the 350th anniversary year of the Great Garden in 2025.
