Because the carriageway and a tunnel are being renewed there, only one lane will be passable in the direction of Dresden between the Kodersdorf and Weißenberg junctions in eastern Saxony from 22 June, as announced by Autobahn GmbH.

In addition, the Königshainer Berge tunnel, the Wiesaer Forst parking lot and the entrance and exit of the Nieder Seifersdorf junction will be temporarily closed due to the construction work, it said. According to Autobahn GmbH, 12 million euros are available for the project.
