A teenager sprayed pepper spray on a train at Döbeln Central Station. According to the Federal Police, he had been physically assaulted by a man prior to the incident. Witnesses reported an argument that was followed by a slap to the 15-year-old’s face. The teenager then used the pepper spray on Monday evening. The other person involved had already left the scene by the time officers arrived. His identity and further details were initially unclear. The investigation is ongoing.
