On the line between Dresden and Prague, it's "clear sailing" again. The railroad company has completed the extensive construction work in the Bad Schandau Ost area up to the Czech border, as the company announced. The line will be back in operation today.
This ends the restrictions on the Dresden-Prague route. The Eurocity connection has been interrupted several times in recent weeks, most recently from December 1. Replacement buses ran between Dresden and Usti nad Labem. In local transport, the work affected the section between Bad Schandau and Schöna.
