Dynamo Dresden have already toppled a league leader twice in this second division season. But it won't happen a third time in Darmstadt.

Dynamo Dresden missed out on another surprise in the 2nd Bundesliga. The promoted team lost 2-0 (0-1) at league leaders Darmstadt 98 on Friday evening. The Dresdeners had already toppled a top club twice this season.

Swede Isac Lidberg scored his seventh goal in the seventh game of the season for Darmstadt in the 37th minute. After the break, it took less than three minutes for Scotland's Fraser Hornby (48') to make it 2-0.
