SG Dynamo Dresden drew in the only test match of the winter training camp in Turkey. The 3rd division leaders drew 1-1 with 18th-placed Rot-Weiss Essen in the match in Lara, which lasted 4 x 30 minutes.
After Ramien Safi gave Essen the lead in the 52nd minute, new signing Andi Hoti equalized five minutes before the end. The central defender is on loan from 1. FC Magdeburg.
Dresden travel back to Germany on Sunday. They host Viktoria Köln on Sunday next week for their first competitive match of the new year.
