Third-division soccer team Dynamo Dresden has reached the round of 16 of the Saxony Cup with ease. The team of coach Markus Anfang prevailed at Eintracht Niesky from the Landesklasse Ost with 8:0 (4:0). Dresden enters the round of the last 16 on November 18 at sixth league team Empor Glauchau.
Despite great rotation, Dresden's coach Anfang offered a notable team in the province. Manuel Schäffler (9th minute) ensured early that Niesky's hopes of a surprise were dashed. Robin Meißner (30/40) and Dennis Borkowski (34) ensured the preliminary decision before the break. Subsequently, Jakob Lewald (63.), again Borkowski (70./86.) and Jakob Lemmer (71.) scored.
