Dynamo Dresden will start the rest of the 2nd Bundesliga season without Dominik Kother. The promoted club has loaned the 25-year-old to MSV Duisburg, one division below. Kother only moved from Regensburg to Dresden in January 2025. In the current season, he made twelve appearances in the 2nd division.
"After talks with Dominik, it quickly became clear that he was looking for a new challenge. We are pleased that we were able to find a satisfactory solution for all parties in the final straight and that he can now play for an ambitious third division club on loan," said sporting director Sören Gonther.
