In Mannheim, Dynamo achieved promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga, in Dresden 4,300 fans celebrated peacefully at the public viewing. Even the 0:1 defeat at SV Waldhof Mannheim did not dampen the mood at the Junge Garde open-air stage.
The exuberant celebratory chants were joined by the occasional black and yellow Bengalos, and the odd firecracker was also set off. In general, however, safety was guaranteed at all times.
The supporters were also delighted that a big promotion party will be held on the Terrassenufer on Sunday from 12.00 noon. The team will arrive on the banks of the Elbe in a parade truck at around 14:00. Dynamo have already announced: It's going to be loud.
