The volleyball players of VC Bitterfeld-Wolfen were unable to stop the winning run of Berlin Recycling Volleys. The newly promoted team lost 3:0 (22:25, 17:25, 19:25) in three sets against the Bundesliga leaders on Friday. Leon Dervisaj played the biggest part in the visitors' success.
The Berliners dominated proceedings in each of the three sets. The home side only had a minimal chance of winning the first set. After that, however, the Berliners, who have won 14 of their 15 matches this season, showed all their class.
