0:6 - Magdeburg debacle in test against Braunschweig

1. FC Magdeburg experienced a debacle in the test against Eintracht Braunschweig. The second division bottom club lost 6-0 (0-1) on a secondary pitch at the Magdeburg Arena. Sven Köhler (33'), Yardimci Erencan (46', 65'), Christian Conteh (61') Robin Heußer (63') and Sidney Raebiger (72') scored for Braunschweig.

Magdeburg's goal drought continued in the clash between the struggling second-division sides - Braunschweig have lost four of their last matches, Magdeburg six. In addition to four internationals on loan, FCM were also missing Baris Atik and Tobias Müller due to strain management.
