An inhumane advertisement in the official gazette of the Saxon town of Sebnitz has caused outrage. A local roofing company had advertised the prospect of an apprenticeship - but excluded certain people who were described using anti-Semitic, racist and discriminatory terms.
The city council distanced itself from the "advertisement with contemptuous and xenophobic content". "Reading something like this is shameful and unacceptable. We are equally dismayed and are currently trying to clarify the situation," the administration wrote on Facebook.
