Many British military vehicles will be driving through Lower Saxony, Bremen, Saxony and Saxony-Anhalt over the next few days on their way to an exercise. On Friday and Saturday, around 100 vehicles will drive at different times and divided into several groups, mainly on highways and country roads. The exact routes cannot be published for reasons of military security, as announced by the Bundeswehr.
The convoys are heading to the Czech Republic for a military exercise. According to the Bundeswehr, drivers should keep as much distance as possible from the groups of vehicles, which are up to one kilometer long, over the next few days. They should also avoid driving between the relatively slow vehicles.
