The half-year report cards will be available in Saxony at the start of the winter vacations, which begin next Monday.
"There are pupils who are unsure how their parents will react if their start to the school year has not gone so well and they have not been able to meet the performance requirements," said Karin Pfaff from the child and youth helpline of the Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Görlitz/Zittau.
