Two teenagers have been injured in a car accident in Schirgiswalde-Kirschau (Bautzen district). According to the police on Monday, the 19-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle on a bend on Sunday and crashed into a ditch. He and his 16-year-old passenger were taken to hospital with injuries. The car was no longer roadworthy and had to be towed away. The police estimate the material damage at around 8,000 euros.
