The new barrel warehouse in Kamenz strengthens Jägermeister's plant in Saxony: space has been created for millions of liters of the herbal liqueur.

The herbal liqueur manufacturer Jägermeister has opened its new barrel warehouse at the bottling plant in Kamenz. According to the company, it has created capacity for up to 225 oak barrels or 55 million 0.7-liter bottles. The warehouse is a key investment in the future and represents a long-term commitment to the Kamenz site, according to a statement. According to the statement, 17.6 million euros were invested in the new building.

According to the company, Jägermeister is produced exclusively in Wolfenbüttel in Lower Saxony. Bottling has also been carried out at the plant in Kamenz for more than 30 years. The company employs around 70 people there. The focus is on supplying European countries such as Austria, the Czech Republic and France.
