Saxony now has an office for pop culture

The music scene in Saxony is to be strengthened by a new office for pop culture and music. Since October, the office has acted as a central point of contact for music creators and institutions, the Ministry of Culture announced. The aim is to network the industry, keep artists in Saxony and thus further revitalize the pop music landscape. The Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs are jointly funding the office with around 310,000 euros.
