Dynamo lose 2:4 at Czech champions Slavia Prague, with youngster Jakob Zickler injured in the defeat.

Newly promoted second division side Dynamo Dresden will be without midfielder Jakob Zickler until further notice. The 19-year-old suffered an injury to his left shoulder during Sunday's friendly against Slavia Prague (2:4).

During the pre-season match in the Czech capital, the son of former international Alexander Zickler, who started his successful career at Dynamo, fell accidentally on his shoulder after a tackle and had to be substituted.

Jakob Zickler signed his first professional contract with SG Dynamo in November 2024. Last season, he made his professional debut for the Black & Yellows on matchday 4 against VfB Stuttgart II, coming on as a 90th-minute substitute.
